Personal 1-on-1 Training:
Specific attention to the client’s individual needs and addressing specific injuries, complimentary personal nutrition, and overall goals (weight-loss, athletic performance, overall health, etc)! Onboard testing/evaluations available to determine strengths/weaknesses-mobility, stability & functional screening as well as benchmark workouts to test strength, endurance and cardio, etc!
Typical session = stretch, warmup, strength/workout (will use the gym’s equipment)
1 hour-$50
30 mins-$25
8 session package (30-60mins) = $399 but 10% off if participating in my nutrition (all 8 sessions must be used each month-they will not roll over into the next month)
12 session package (30-60mins) = $599 but 10% off if participating in my nutrition (all 12 sessions must be used each month-they will not roll over into the next month)
$10 cancellation fee per session unless 24 hour notice
Cash or Venmo accepted for training.
Non-refundable payments.
Debit/Credit cards accepted for nutrition.
Recommend 2, 3, 4 sessions a week to see results!

10% discount on packages only if you are/become a Shaklee member/receiving nutrition help from my Mom and I! (free gym bag, grocery lists, body measurements via omrom or skulpt devices, custom diets, complimentary clinical health consults, continuous follow-up to ensure goals are reached etc!)

***FOR ALL TRAINING CLIENTS! I plan on holding fun social events/outings in the near future with my fitness clients! (examples: corn hole tournaments, bbqs, nights out, speed raceway, dodgeball, kickball, relay races, bonfires, axe throwing, etc!)
